List of ingredients:

Shredded cabbage (500 g)

2 onions, cut into small pieces.

3 pieces of garlic, finely chopped

3 huevos

4 tablespoons of flour, which is equivalent to 60 grams.

1 teaspoon of salt, which is equal to 8 grams.

1 teaspoon of ground red pepper, which is equivalent to 4 grams.

1 teaspoon of black pepper, which is equivalent to 4 grams.

Oil for frying vegetables

For the dressing:

3 tablespoons of yogurt, which is equivalent to 75 grams.

2 small bunches of dill, cut into small pieces

1 cucumber, shredded

Red chili powder, as much as you like.

Instructions:

In a big bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, chopped onions, minced garlic, eggs, flour, salt, red pepper, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Warm up some vegetable oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Once it’s hot, scoop some of the cabbage mixture and shape it into a small pancake. Carefully put it in the hot oil and press it down a bit with the back of a spoon.

Cook the cabbage fritters in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy. Repeat the same process with the rest of the mixture, adding extra oil to the pan if necessary.

To make the sauce, combine yogurt, chopped dill, grated cucumber, and red pepper powder in a small bowl. Mix until everything is well blended.

Serve the warm cabbage patties with a spoonful of the yogurt and dill sauce on top.
