*Ingredients :

°500g raw potato

°300 g endive

°150g diced ham

°200ml water

°1 chicken broth cube

°20g cornstarch

°100ml heavy cream

°50 g of parmesan

*Preparation :

cut the endives, the potatoes into pieces

put the endives, potatoes and diced ham in the bowl

cover with water and stock cube

program 10 minutes pressure cooking

close and lock the lid

dissolve the cornstarch in the cream

then add to the bowl with the parmesan

keep warm for 5 minutes to thicken
