500 g cookies (17 oz)
120 g sugar (1 cup)

60 g cocoa powder (1/2 cup)
10 g vanilla sugar (1 packet)
250 ml milk (1 large cup)
150 g butter (2/3 cup)
220 g peanuts (120 g + 100 g) – 1 large cup

Instructions:
Crushing the cookies: First chop the cookies until fine crumbs are formed. You can use a food processor or place them in a zip-top bag and mash them with a rolling pin.

Prepare the cocoa mixture: In a bowl, mix the cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla sugar.Mix them well.
Heat milk and butter: Heat milk and butter in a saucepan until the butter is completely melted. Stir to combine.
Mix ingredients: Add the cocoa mixture to the pot with the milk and butter. Stir constantly until everything is well mixed and a smooth chocolate mixture forms.Add crushed cookies and peanuts: Add the crushed cookies and 120g peanuts to the chocolate mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Spreading mixture: Grease a baking dish or tray with a little more butter or oil. Spread the mixture evenly on the plate and press it down firmly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Top with peanuts: Scatter the remaining 100 g of peanuts over the mixture and press them lightly to the surface.Chill: Place the dish in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours, or until the dessert is set.
