12 ounces of egg noodles, cooked as desired.
1 pound of Italian sausage meat
2 peppers, cut into small pieces.
3 teaspoons of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Half a cup of white cooking wine
28 ounces Diced tomatoes, with their juice.
1 tablespoon of dried basil
Add salt and pepper as desired.
Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley to sprinkle on top.
How to Prepare Italian Tipsy Noodles
Put the meat and peppers in a big pan or skillet with high sides on medium-high heat. Cook the meat until it is fully browned and the peppers start to get soft.
Reduce the heat to medium and put in the chopped garlic and Italian spices. Cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Add the white cooking wine and cook until half of the liquid in the pot evaporates.
Add the chopped tomatoes to the pot and sprinkle with dried basil, salt, and pepper to your liking. Mix thoroughly.
Add the cooked noodles and keep stirring until they are heated.
Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley on top for decoration.
